Abstract

The paper presents some experimental and theoretical researches regarding rank I and rank II factorial experimental method employed in the process of quality assurance and management. Applications of this type are realized in collaboration with students from the “Lucian Blaga” University of Sibiu, Romania, as examples in the Master Programme entitled Quality Management in discipline Experimental Research and Data Processing.
